Mission Statement:
The
mission of Veterans Memorial Middle School’s Counseling Program is to
provide a comprehensive developmental school counseling program that
is aligned with the ASCA national standards for school counseling
programs. The program will focus on the education of all diverse
learners in academic, career, and personal/social development whereby
collaborating with parents/guardians, school personnel, and community
stakeholders.

vision of the counseling department is for all students to be high
school, college and career ready and will acquire the academic, career,
and personal/social skills to reach their full educational potential and
become change agents in today’s society.

All School Counselors at Veterans Memorial Middle School believe:

- The diverse needs of all students must be addressed through the school counseling program.
